While we have added this website to make booking a bedroom more fun and interactive, but we also need to set out some ground rules…

  1. Making a bid on a bedroom is not a confirmation of a booking.
  2. Bidding on a date you already have made a reservation for will not be accepted.
  3. Reservations made via 3rd party websites are excluded from this auction.
  4. If a third party booking is cancelled as a result of the winning bid, the bid will be null and void.
  5. Your bedroom must be pre-paid in advance, using credit/debit card details either by phone or in person.
  6. Your bedroom reservation is only confirmed once we receive full payment.
  7. Bedrooms not confirmed within 24 hours of the auction ending will be released without further notification.
  8. Breakfast, drinks, dinner or any other additional charges will be billed to you on check out – this auction is for accommodation only unless otherwise stated.
  9. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the auction at any time, however all bookings confirmed will proceed as normal with our 100% assurance guaranteed.
  10. Should we deem foul play by bidders we reserve the right to exclude them from future auctions entirely at our discretion.
